Shipping

Do you have free delivery?

Delivery is free for orders over $350.00, except for remote areas.

Do you offer same day delivery?

SPF offer same day delivery if orders are placed before 11.00am and the item is in stock. Please contact our sales team to confirm same day or urgent deliveries.

Do you combine shipping?

Yes, all items purchased will be combined to give the best delivery cost. Remember, delivery is free for orders over $350.00, except for remote areas.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver Australia wide.

Can I pick up?

Yes, you can pick up from our Wetherill Park warehouse. Please see the contact page for address details.

Can I pay on pick up?

Yes, you can pay on pick up. Please call before pick-up to ensure your order is ready and to confirm payment details.

Where is my item?

You can track your item by the consignment number emailed to you when your order was sent.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Orders will be sent after payment has been received. Delivery can be same day, next day or with 2-3 days of being sent depending on the delivery location.

How can I track my order?

You will be sent a tracking number when your item is sent.

Returns

What happens if my item is faulty or damaged?

Please contact SPF immediately upon receipt of your delivery.

What happens if the item is different to what I ordered?

Do I have to pay for return delivery?

You will need to pay for return delivery in the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind.
  • Order changes such as change of address.

You will not need to pay return delivery for receiving the wrong product or faulty items.

I’ve changed my mind. Can I return it?

How do I receive my refund?

Please contact SPF customer service on 02 9756 5333 or sales@spf.net.au  All refunds will be provided back in the original tender. Cheques and debit cards will be refunded as bank deposits and credit card refunds must be processed back onto a credit card.

Payments

What payments do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, Paypal. Cash or card on pick-up. Cheques require up to 7 days clearance.

When will I be charged for my order?

In most circumstances, you will be charged at checkout. If the order requires a freight quotation or stock confirmation or payment cannot be processed at checkout SPF customer service will contact you to confirm the final price and arrange payment.
