Mapefloor CPU/COVE is a three-component polyurethane/cement-based mortar used to mould fillets to realize covings between walls and floors or other features in industrial floor coverings made using products from the Mapefloor CPU range.
Technical
- Mixing ratio: A/B/C = 1.6/1.4/18 plus 0.25 parts by weight of MAPECOLOR PASTE.
- Colour of mix: depending on the colour of MAPECOLOR PASTE used.
- Pot life of mix at +20°C: 20 minutes.
- Full hardening time: 5 days.
- Compressive strength after 28 days (EN 196-1): ? 40 N/mm².
- Shore D hardness after 28 days: 75-80.
- Storage: 12 months in its original sealed packaging.
- Application: suitable steel or plastic tools.
- Consumption: according to the size and shape of the edge or corner to be blended: approx. 2 kg/l.
