GSA Facade fire rate is a high quality professional one component fire resistant sealant based on hybrid technology and provides up to 4 hours of fire resistance in linear joints.
Specifically developed for fire resistant sealing of connection and expansion joints in constructions which, in case of fire, should have certain fire resistance and the spreading of fire, smoke and toxic gasses are to be prevented. Also certified for horizontal joints, connection floor/ceiling with walls, timber and steel frames, concrete substrates and all metal stud applications.
